In the historical period in which we find ourselves, in this moment of crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic , we are witnessing a reversal compared to everything we were used to previously. With a strong limitation of live meetings and the possibility of communicating in person, if not a total cancellation of this, it is complicated for any type of business to relate to customers or suppliers .
The ways of doing business for companies are therefore upset: salespeople are blocked from moving for meetings and negotiations and the various company teams are forced to smartwork.
By observing this scenario in detail and analyzing the various problems , our Business Manager, Paolo Sirtori , thought carefully in search of innovative ideas and solutions .
The result is defined by ” La Repubblica ” as “the platform capable of upsetting the Sales & Marketing of companies”.
Digital Plaza: Connectivity and Innovation
Digital Plaza , this is the name of the virtual space signed by Naxa that allows companies to relate to their public despite this difficult period. It is a virtual business place designed to host, collaborate, interact .
The platform has multiple features: from virtual and interactive 3D tours that allow you to visit the interior of a company and show its products in real time, to digital events , with the ability to host people from anywhere in the world. , up to interactive meeting rooms that can be booked directly by the user for one-to-one meetings with the sales force.
But not only that, on Digital Plaza it is also possible to install product configurators or create a real -time rendering of your spaces and products.
The first company that believed in this project was Provasi , a luxury furniture brand on the Italian scene which, thanks to Digital Plaza, managed to organize a streaming event broadcast all over the world and immediately create new business contacts. also in the foreign market, such as China, United Arab Emirates, USA and Russia. Provasi has thus succeeded in interacting with a very wide audience in an innovative way, overcoming the obstacles deriving from the current social distancing
The success of the initiative
Our initiative has attracted the attention of many, initially reaching fans of the Digital and furniture sector, and then conquering a wider audience.
Suffice it to say that “La Repubblica” on 11 October dedicated an entire page to Naxa and its new product, Digital Plaza.
Other newspapers have spent positive words about us, such as Il Giorno and Il Cittadino di Monza and Brianza , as well as numerous online information portals , including MB News , Seietrenta.com , Cuore Economico , Bit Mat , to name a few.
We are therefore very proud of the success of this initiative, in which the whole Naxa team participated with enthusiasm. Special thanks go to Luca Vivanti , architect and lecturer at the Polytechnic of Milan and Turin, who collaborated with Paolo in the concept and design phase, providing invaluable help.
We also thank Provasi, who first believed in us by embracing our innovative proposal.
